What I did:
Strategic oversight: Oversaw strategy and implementation across all owned content channels, including social media, blog, and B2C marketing emails. Under my oversight, our social content garnered 5-10% engagement rates, our B2C emails garnered 25-30% open rates, and our blog served as a resource for 10K+ visitors per quarter
Narrative development: Crafted narratives and collaborated cross-functionally to materialize programs that supported brand campaigns, partnership announcements and more than 12 product launches
Creative direction: Produced and directed photo and video shoots to develop lifestyle food, restaurant and recipe content that brings strategy to life across social, email, web, comms, and paid media channels
Internal systems: Established internal systems and materials for strategy and content development, infrastructure for reporting and social listening, as well as process for multi-team collaboration

Role: Account Director, Digital (previously Account Manager)
Time: January 2019 - August 2021
What I did:
Operational leadership: Managed a 5-person team that worked across multiple digital disciplines and serviced clients in F&B, CPG, travel, and tech
Cross-functional team development: Helped build the Digital Experiences team, a cross-functional task force that combines social, marketing, video, and PR team members to deliver bespoke digital experiences that also generated an additional revenue stream for the agency
Driving business success: Drove the agency’s first multi-national paid media campaign for a major Chinese tech brand in the US; led clients’ pivots to digital-first strategies during COVID lockdowns, such as launching a cookbook with a virtual cook-a-thon that pushed it to the Amazon Best Seller list day-of
Winning new business: Worked directly on 60+ new business efforts (at project and enterprise levels) and contributed to $3.5M+ in new business wins

Role: Assistant Manager, Marketing and Communications
Time: September 2017 - January 2019
What I did:
Partnerships and strategic planning: Drove the marketing and communications planning for a high-visibility national campaign in partnership with government agencies, non-profit groups, and external vendors
RFPs and agency selection: Managed the RFP process and selection for digital consultants, PR agencies, creative teams, and strategic partnerships
Earned media activations: Spearheaded the largest satellite and radio media tour in Ad Council history, generating 15M impressions from 140 aired segments and bringing the importance of emergency preparedness into conversation across the US
